Chen Bang chairs Aier Eye Hospital Group, China's largest ophthalmology chain.

The group has also acquired 80 more outlets in the U.S., Europe and Hong Kong including Wang Vision Institute in Nashville, Tennessee.

Aier is headquartered in Changsha in central China's Hunan Province.

Chen dabbled in property and overseas investments until meeting a retired ophthalmologist, who inspired him to open his own hospitals.
